We had great turn outs for both the Wednesday (21) and Saturday (11) meetings. These were more of a free flow set of meetings than what we have had in the last little while. People brought some accessories and passed them around for everyone to see and try, and there were a lot of discussions about the accessories that are available. The accessories that were brought in were:
GO Type keyboard - Rob Bowen, Sue Callaway (including carrying case), Sean Evans (original) and Ernie DoForno (new Palm V version which you can HotSync and recharge from)
Palm Modem - Dave Dickson, Geoff Edgecomb
RhinoSkin case - Dave Dickson, Geoff Edgecomb
Happy Hacking Craddle - Dave Dickson (an adapter for the Palm to use any PC keyboard with a PS2 connector. It can HotSync and be used with a modem as well)
Qualcomm phone cable - Alvin Chin, Nicholas Hoh
Palm V flip case - Sean Evans (prize donation)
Palm Magazines - Sue Callaway, Peter Thomas (Palm User {United Kingdom}, Handheld Computing)
Palm Books - Sue Callaway, Peter Thomas (Visual Quickstart Guide for Palm Organisers)
Wireless Connection Case - Alvin Chin (this case holds the phone on one side and the Palm on the other and has the connection cable to join the two)
As one can imagine the individual discussions about accessories were far too numbered and fast to keep up with, so if you can think of an accessory it was talked about.
