Well it's almost Christmas. Has everyone been good this year? I suspect that there has been a few carefully placed clues subliminally suggesting that a new leather case would look good protecting your Palm thus keeping the investment more secure. Maybe a circled Springboard module in the Future Shop catalog with a little note about keeping information stored safely on a Backup module. Of course the Tiger Woods golf module is circled and there is a little tiny arrow pointing to the Backup module. Another subliminal hint at getting both perhaps?
This month was, as expected, a free discussion meeting. A chance for we Palm folks to get all giddy and excited about "the gadgets" and actually be able to speak to others that share the excitement. The discussions were mainly about what things the users were hoping to get. We talked about when Palm will be shipping units with the SDMC. As mentioned in last month's minutes, there does appear to be a number of exciting things coming out.
A rumor was heard, but yet to be confirmed, that Palm might be coming out with a colour Palm V. Wouldn't that be sweet!Unfortunately we have also heard that the Palm radio show will be ending this month. This is too bad, as it was a great forum for discussing all things Palm.
